My reaction is that Obama has won. The stock market will be down tomorrow validating my opinion. The Republican response was completely vacant. Their only objection - that we "can't afford it" No talk of loss of freedom, self reliance, loss of free will. Orwellian rationing of care and control over how you live and how you die- no mention.
Throwing around hypothetical billions of dollars in a meaningless sea of Trillions is all Republicans can come up with.Forcing one American to provide a free service to another. No mention of the role of charity or the freewill obliges one person to help another. Pitiful
I've got some more news for you. Obama can easily sell a sin tax on Coke to "pay" for anything he wants to do here. Find some freaking principles Republicans and state them or we have already lost. If not now next year or the next. DEFINE OUR REPUBLIC LOOSE IT.
I have bad news for you Republicans (I am one) Obama care is coming. Get ready.
