(CNSNews.com) – Cass Sunstein, President Barack Obama’s nominee to head the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA), has advocated a policy under which the government would “presume” someone has consented to having his or her organs removed for transplantation into someone else when they die unless that person has explicitly indicated that his or her organs should not be taken.

This is really bizarre! Not only will ObamaCare tell you when and if you should die, ObamaCare could decide whether or not any of your organs are good for anyone else. I wonder, is this in the healthcare bills 1200 pages somewhere? Or will this be implimented into the universal healthcare somewhere down the line when all the fine details are worked out??

Can anyone picture new ObamaCare workers waiting to swoop in to harvest organs from the recently deseased in America hospitals while other patients wait for these organs?
How will this desire for organs being overseen by ObamaCare guidelines effect the type and extent of treatment for patients who have life threatening medical situations?

Everyone of these czars are nut cases and reflect Obamas plan for our country! Glenn Beck has been on each czar in detail, day after day....each one is worst than the next.
I don't mean any disrespect to Sean--I love him dearly-- but why hasn't he gotten into the specific details of each czar before this. Its obvious that He and Mark Levin do not like Beck, but totally ignoring the work that his research team has been doing for sooo long is so wrong. We have one country--and Sean, Mark, Rush and Glenn are ALL fighting for the same thing! They are colleagues and fellow conservatives and some are playing the "whose book is better" game. I am thankful for all these guys and their work....but in my opinion, whatever its worth, Glenn Beck has been left out there, twisting in the wind while he has been uncovering the atrocities of BHO and his Czars. For God's sake, he's in George Soros's (sp) crosshairs. I'm sorry, I strayed off topic....I am just so passionate about the fact that all these guys need to put on their big boy underpants, and firmly support each other. The more of them that reach the public with the facts about these Communists, the better for our country!!

Who is anyone in the government to advocate the harvesting of organs based upon the lack of non-consent? Who is anyone in the government to say that my body is something that someone has a right to use after I am dead?
The left wing out there is more than content to tell you that a woman should have complete control over their bodies, but apparently any persons dies their bodies belong to the government to be distributed out to those who need organs.
Barack Obama is now doing his best to spread the health!

Speaking at a conference in March, Oxford University stem-cell expert Sir Richard Gardner commented that he was surprised the possibility had not been considered, and that experiments in mice have shown that fetal kidneys grow extremely quickly when transplanted to adult animals.
As reported in the UK’s Daily Mail, Sir Richard, an advisor to Britain’s Human Fertilization and Embryology Authority sees this ghastly practice as a potential solution to the shortage of donated organs-and to what we are learning about the ineffectiveness of embryonic stem cells.
While advocates of using embryonic stem cells have long hailed them as the El Dorado of disease prevention, they’re not. Sir Richard calls the creation of fully functioning organs from embryonic stem cells “remote.”
Gardner isn’t a lone voice in this ethical wasteland. King’s College professor Stuart Campbell did not object. Speaking of the many babies aborted late in term, he said, “If they are going to be terminated, it is a shame to waste their organs.” He added, “I am sure very few of those on the transplant list would rather die than accept an organ from an aborted fetus.”

Actually, and it may very state to state but your next of kin has all the say with your body when your dead...No matter what...It is legally their property when you pass...

It is all very simple, it is our duty to pay everything we make to the Guberment so they can distribute it as they see fit. When we die we will still be so much in debt that the Guberment vultures must then swoop in to harvest our organs to finance other asinine handout programs.
