What's for dinner?

General Tso's Chicken. Dave's videos are fun to watch and his recipes are pretty good too.

I think I might have used too many green onions. It almost brings tears to my eyes. But it turned out pretty good.

Tomorrow will be grilled ribeye (grilled to order), with saute'ed onions and mushrooms, and a garden/chef salad. Sweet tea with lemon, if you choose.

Tomorrow will be marlot braised roast with young yellow squash, roasted cauliflower with olive oil parm cheese and garlic, gingered carrots, buttered boiled potatoes. Nothing fancy..unless I get inspired when I get in the kitchen.
