Yes, Mark L. Levine WAS in that movie.
However, Mark Levin, the radio personality, was not.

No there is no Mark Levin on imdb listed in association with that movie.
There is Mark L. Levine aka Mark Levine.

that would have made the "kid" in the movie around 40, he looked pretty darn young, if you remeber the scene

The more I looked into it the more confusing it gets regarding the character in KFM, perhaps the age given in a bio from Blockbuster was wrong.
But one thing does not happen, that is any linking between the three movies that character's name (in at least a half dozen variations) is credited with and Mark Levin the radio host.
