Liberals trying to legislate morality?

We have been told over and over again by libs that "you can;t legislate morality", yet what are we hearing?

Al Gore just said we have a "moral duty to pass health care reform"

We have heard Obama on the campaign trail (to Joe the Plumber) how redistributing wealth was the moral thing to do.

I guess it must not be moral if it is the left's policy. Come to think of it, that is probably an accurate statement. ;)

I tend to believe that there is no morality in government feel-good programs, regardless of who implements them. ;)

well that would be Mr. Morality himself. If I was Gore I would be in support of the Global Warming deception as well. (actually I wouldn't because I coulsn't live with myself being dishonest like that)

Its the same thing they did in England when everyone realized how much the NHS was actually going to cost.
