There's a pretty starling thing in the bill that 95% of Americans won't like.
The Obama Health care bill under Class II (Paragraph 1, Section B) specifically includes ‘‘(ii) a class II device that is implantable." Then on page 1004 it describes what the term "data" means in paragraph 1, section B:
14 ‘‘(B) In this paragraph, the term ‘data’ refers to in15 formation respecting a device described in paragraph (1), 16 including claims data, patient survey data, standardized 17 analytic files that allow for the pooling and analysis of 18 data from disparate data environments, electronic health 19 records, and any other data deemed appropriate by the 20 Secretary" What exactly is a class II device that is implantable? Lets see...

Control control and more control. Impeach Obama.

Actually the section that talks about "implantable devices" is talking about things like pacemakers and stuff like that. This has already been refuted.

The most effective way to defeat this bill is to do it with actual facts and not with outlandish misinterpretation.

Probably best just to kill this thread. While it's not inconceivable that Obama could push to replace the national health insurance ID cards his plan would mandate with implantable chips in the future, there's nothing there now that indicates that it will start out that way. Implantable devices here mean ACIDs, pacers, etc.

There's enough badness there that we don't have to make anything up.

Truer words were never spoken. This bill sucks so bad it does not need manufactured criticism. As Joe Friday would say "just the facts mam"

Recently though, there was that girl who was killed by that psycho reality tv guy (the guy that fled to Canada and killed himself afterwards). He pulled all her teeth and cut off her fingers so she couldn't be (easily) identified... they were able to identify her though, because of the serial numbers on her breast implants.

Thanks Iggy... if you had not already said this, I was going to. It is threads like this one that fuel the left wing blogs. No matter how many of us refute the claims, they will use it as proof that those opposing Obamacare are all crack pots.

The Mods should delete it for the cancerous misinformation that it is.
