Time for revolution and anarchy.
Freedom from the Constitition
Disband all government programs!
1. No USPS (I'm willing to pay $5.00 to mail a Christmas card to my neighbor)
2. No Medicare (if you live to be 65 your warranty is expired)
3. No Social Security (communism)
4. No public schools (let the kids learn in juvi hall)
5. No food stamps or welfare (give 'em cardboard boxes and a tomato patch to live)
6. Military (disband now) - We have nukes - let's start lighting the fuses

Time for revolution and anarchy.
Freedom from the Constitition
Disband all government programs!
1. No USPS (I'm willing to pay $5.00 to mail a Christmas card to my neighbor)

I sure as heck wouldn't miss them. I don't mail anything, I take it myself or just scan it and send it as an e-mail attachment. I do all my banking and bill paying over the internet, and easily 80% of the mail I get in my mailbox is complete and utter spam. I just got a bunch of coupons in a mailer.

I don't use coupons because coupons are for girls. They should know better than to send coupons to guys. Manly men wouldn't be caught dead using a coupon. Coupons don't fit in a man's wallet and I'll be damned if I'm going to carry a man-purse full of coupons. Every coupon that ever wound up in my mailbox has gone straight into file 13.

2. No Medicare (if you live to be 65 your warranty is expired)

These people had their entire lives to save up for their later years. If they didn't then their stupidity is not a Federal problem.

3. No Social Security (communism)

Social Security was originally set up for widows. Men should never be eligible for it. If Social Security were just returned to its roots where only widowed old women could get it the program would be solvent again. As it is, it's completely bankrupt.

4. No public schools (let the kids learn in juvi hall)

Public schools are a total failure. Parents who have the option to send their child to a private school always do. The one thing every politician on both sides of the aisle can agree on is that the public school system is broken.

Republicans argue for a private voucher system. Democrats say that a private voucher system would KILL the public school system as there wouldn't be any parents with a choice who would actually CHOOSE a stinking lousy incompetent public school.

5. No food stamps or welfare (give 'em cardboard boxes and a tomato patch to live)

Food stamps and welfare are stupid on their face because it's money going to irresponsible people and expecting them to be responsible with it. They're poor because they're stupid and irresponsible. Do you realize how stupid you have to be in order to be poor in America? Then when you throw money at these idiots, of course they're going to get fat and wind up with diabetes because they don't have the brains to feed themselves properly.

Poverty is a natural limitation on how badly stupid people can hurt themselves. Giving them money just enables them to act stupider and doesn't really do them any favors. They'd be better off starving as nature intended.

6. Military (disband now) - We have nukes - let's start lighting the fuses

I've got a better idea. Let's use the military to fix all of the other problems, take out the US Postal Service, wipe out the public schools and throw all the old folks in the Gitmo prison camp. One problem can solve all the other problems!

Time for revolution and anarchy.

Who said anything about anarchy?

Freedom from the Constitition

Hell, I'd be thrilled if we actually sticked too and followed the Constitution?

Disband all government programs!

No your just being silly. If we disband all the government programs ...then whatever taxes could the local and federal governments take?

1. No USPS (I'm willing to pay $5.00 to mail a Christmas card to my neighbor)

You mean the US Postal Office/Service that is running in a 7 billion dollar deficit? It may indeed take you five dollars to mail that card if the US Post office has its druthers about it. How about a open free market where competitions plays on the field giving the consumer the 'choice' of providers to go with? Wonder how long the Post Office would survive that little tid bit? ..Oh..wait...that's why there in a 7 billion dollar deficit..they can't compete. Silly me....

2. No Medicare (if you live to be 65 your warranty is expired)

that'd be part of what they take our taxes for D. Let the people have all their money...let them save up...bet they'd do a sight better in managing and saving their money then the damn government anymore. No..I'm not kidding. Keep their damn hands off money they keep taking from programs they set up. Would end that debauchery right quick and in a hurry! Programs like Medicare and Social Security have been pilfered enough by greedy grubby political hands. Enough is enough. At this point..I doubt a government agency could run a lemonade stand without going bankrupt!

3. No Social Security (communism)

See above response to Medicare

4. No public schools (let the kids learn in juvi hall)

I'll do you one better. Take Public schools and put them all under private care/private industry. Whole new animal once someone is actually held accountable for something like education. Instead of taxes being pilfered from our checks...you would actually take that money and apply it to a education program. No kids...then no taxes. Hmmmm....nah...that would work way to well...and people wouldn't treat schools like government run day care...can't have that now can we?

5. No food stamps or welfare (give 'em cardboard boxes and a tomato patch to live)

We need to care for those who are the least in our society. Welfare programs far from treat these people like people. They are treated more like chattel. Teach a man to fish...that should be the philosophy here..not give a man a fish. Welfare needs a huge reform...and it should be reformed under the auspices of a hand up...not a hand out. period.

6. Military (disband now) - We have nukes - let's start lighting the fuses

Better yet...lets charge for our services to the world. Someone seems to constantly scream that the USA should do something about some little dictator or communist or fascists whose oppressing their people. Fine...but it's gonna cost ya. Let's charge for being the worlds police...see how fast that comes to a screeching halt. :eh:

Looks like a thread derail from their post.

So, I'll try and bring back on topic. We all need some humor & levity with all the serious in our current time. Laughter is good for the soul. Watch the video. I'll guarantee a chuckle. Well, unless your a pro big government extremist wacko!:shhh: Then you'll hate it.

Teachers get abused by students, no respect, no accountability for parents who do not force their brats to study. We need more nuns and knuckle cracking school masters to get this country back on the good education track.

This is the greatest quote I have ever seen and has got to be your best ever!!!

Even when I was married and there was a woman living with me the coupons were stupid. "Look honey, I saved a DOLLAR on vegetarian lasagna!" Just shoot me. Pasta without meat might as well be a condiment. I'd rather eat a bowl full of mustard without the hot dog.

I have always been an advocate for private schools and, even in the case of public school, I find discipline sorely lacking. Teachers get abused by students, no respect, no accountability for parents who do not force their brats to study. I've stated several times that government does not and will not solve that problem. The song says "The Government Can" but the government can't do anything with schools to solve the problem because the problem is not AT the schools. It's at the home.

I frankly don't get the school lunch program. I really don't. I'm told by liberals that if the government doesn't feed these kids that they'll starve. If that's the case, then the solution isn't feeding the kids, it's going and kicking the asses of the parents who aren't feeding their kids.

They get food stamps, ostensibly to feed their kids and then we're told that's not happening.

Now unless I'm mistaken, most people who take money from the government to do a job are kind of required to do the job. If they take the money and don't do the job then they call that fraud.

Kind of like when I joined the Navy and took government money to do my job, if I'd have gone AWOL instead they'd have hunted me down and I'd be doing time. So why do parents get to take government money to do a job they don't do with the food stamp program which is such a failure that we need school lunches too?

You cannot fix a problem at point A by going after point B. It's like fixing a flat tire by adding a quart of oil. It's stupid on its face but that's the way government works these days.

The education problem starts at home. Do whatever to the schools and it will never fix the problem of day-care parents who just leave the schools to raise their kid.

The Health-care scheme is just as dumb. Yeah, let's fix sick people by going after the hospitals and insurance companies. Nevermind that by the time the hospital and insurance gets involved, the dude is already sick! It's fixing a problem at point A by going after point B again.

"The Government Can" is a case of when all you have is a hammer, every problem looks like a nail.
