I think he's talking about the renovations at Englewood to make the mansion fit for King Khadafy.
I think it's amazing that somebody actually found a way to make New Jersey worse.
You've got a guy who lives in freaking LIBYA and New Jersey is unfit to live in without major improvements. The guy comes out of Tripoli, lives in a tent and thinks New Jersey needs renovation.
I think a better option for ole 'Daffy is that New Jersey garbage barge that sailed around aimlessly for months a few years back. He wouldn't have any neighbors getting ticked off and besides, it's probably the cleanest place available in Joisey.
