My bet is that either she trained the dog or put something on that particular treat that the dog hates.

I have a dog who hates shrimp. If I were to put shrimp juice on something he'd act the same way.

One time I touched his nose with a shrimp tail. He spent 5 minutes rubbing his nose with the paws trying to get the smell of shrimp off it. You can see him shiver when he smells shrimp.
