So NBC and ABC will not air an ad critical of President Obama's health care reform plan. My goodness aren’t we all surprised? After all they, along with PBS, CNN, CBS and MSNBC have been in the forefront of accurate honest objective journalism for months. Face it, local and national so called journalists in large measure are nothing more than political advocates hiding behind press credentials. Take heart because cable news and the internet have finally provided an avenue of truth that magazines, newspapers and TV networks cannot silence. So when you hear that networks will not run certain ads remember that it is business as usual for them and that is why you have a button on your remote which says ON/OFF.

Private corporations that are free to accept or reject any ad they want.
This is capitalism at work. Advertising is all about revenue. It has nothing to do with journalism.

I think the point was made about credibility. Any station hitching their wagon to the utter failure of the Obama administration's health care scamming risks its credibility and therefore its viability.

I saw part of ABC’s reasoning for rejecting the Ad was that it was partisan in nature.
Somehow, their special programming and a day with the President on their network promoting the Democrat’s plan for their healthcare takeover wasn’t?

If they don't air things that are partisan in nature then they should stay away from the Republican and Democrat National Conventions.

If we use ABC’s logic then the DNC Convention can be aired on their network while the RNC Convention cannot.
"Partisan" to the liberal media is anything not in line with their Democrat Party’s wishes.

How do you run a healthcare commercial hosted at the Whitehouse for FREE in primetime and refuse to run a paid 30 second opposition ad while using politics as an excuse?
