"The anti-war left was used by the Democratic Party. I like to call it the anti-Republican War movement.

While I agree with you about the hypocrisy of such sites as the DailyKos, I have known for a long time that the Democrats are equally responsible with the Republicans.

I think people are starting to wake up to the fact that even if they supported Obama, he doesn't represent much change..."

It's always a good day when someone in the opposition wakes up to the truth. It's unfortunate that Ms. Sheehan lost her son, it's even more unfortunate that those on the extremely left used her in their effort to push for an American fascist state.

Sheehan protested against the war and against Bush. Bush's response was that he understood her grief and even her anger, and that she has a right to protest.

It seems as those on the far left don't care as much about peace as they did when Bush was in office. I think a lot people just protested because a "conservative" was in office. Just like a lot of people that are protesting today do so because a "liberal" is in office.

True anti-war people don't care if a liberal or conservative republicrat is in office. The republicratic party is the war party and true anti-war people oppose it.
