Was dischaged wiht honor on a medical. All letters and numbers on my DD214 state that I am eligable for re enlistment. All I would need would be a wiaver after a physcial. Whenever I show somebody my paper work they don't want to push it.

There are so many variables in a situtation such as this that a message board can only give you encourgement, not actual help.
If I was in your shoes I would contact the nearest recuriting headquarters and ask to speak to the commander. If they can't or won't help you your next bet would to contact your member of congress. :flag:

They are unwilling as you are apparently ineligible for further service or retention due to a medical defect.
While this may be painful to read, you need to understand that your military career is over, and your presence on AD could only serve as a deterrent to readiness.
If you were separated following a MEB/PEB, there is probably little that can be done as the services are not going to approve a waiver of this sort.
My advice is to find a way to assist the military in your area through volunteer work of some sort.

This doesn't make sense, what medical condition could possibly leave you elligable for re-enlisment but also be severe enough to warrant a discharge???

He can also look at getting a Civil Service position to help build the implements of war.

Something about the OP does not feel quite right.
