Being a monster movie fan from WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY back, I heard the rumor of a new Godzilla movie in production that would NOT be like the hated GINO (Godzilla in Name Only).

But, it was not to be. It's a hoax. I found out, it's a "Walter Mitty" type fantasy by a writer, who is having a fantasy about Godzilla.

I guess "Godzilla: Final Wars" is the last Godzilla movie. :(( (and of course I have that DVD)

Man! I am BUMMED. First, I had to go through the heartbreak of finding out J.J. Abrams won't make a sequel to Cloverfield, and now this!

I still laugh at "The Hunt For Red October" with them having Tim Curry as the doctor on the sub. Loved the big green guy as a kid...turned into one of my most favored monsters as an adult...that is until Mathew Broadrick got a hold of a movie part...and they made Godzilla a...a...a...GIRL! :doh::wall::wall::snooty: That movie...I was so upset...I was ready for a second try if Hollywierd ever choose to go there again. Looks to be just myth though....

Seriously, the only thing that anyone else could do to it is mess it up. It was what it was because no one had done anything like that. It wasn't supposed to be anything at all, to hear the actors talk about it. It was truly grassroots what happened to it.

If you have not been hit in the head by rolls of toilet paper, dozens of cards or dry toast while standing next to a strange man that is a 6'4, dressed in drag and sporting rubber gloves and a noisemaker, then you really haven't seen the rocky horror picture show.

even if you absolutely abhor the movie, you have to actively try to not have fun at an interactive showing.
