The "Green" Movement

I understand that most pople want a clean earth, but when you think about it it's part of the problem. All the regulations that the movement have stifle our development. We can't make something unless it's clean, our cars have to be clean, even our lightbulbs. What's next, toilet paper??? The auto industry is killed because of constantly rising oil prices and government MPG regulations. I know I'm not alone when i say I don't want to drive an aluminum can that i have to plug up every night. I understand that the UAW also has a hand in it, as all unions do.


Here's the solution to the economic problem- cut taxes, drill the crap out of Alaska and Colorado, burn more coal, cut regulations. Self-reliance is key, but I know it's easier said than done.
