Joaquín Guzmán Loera (born April 4, 1957), nicknamed "El Chapo" (Spanish: "Shorty") is a Mexican drug lord, who heads an international drug trafficking organization referred to as the Sinaloa Cartel, named after the Mexican pacific coast state of Sinaloa where it was initially formed. Just a point of information: None of the pics so far in this thread have exceeded 32KB. So while they may have broken the letter of the law, IMO they haven't broken the spirit, which is intended to keep down the download size for those using dial-ups.

Of course, I'm not the one who makes the final judgement on this.

Also, I've never really understood the "total image bytes per post" requirement. If someone is going to post multiple images, it would actually take longer to download if they were in separate posts, rather than one.

As far as the person in the picture, it's obviously Uncle Ray.
