Oh stop it.....we all know damn well that lib's would like nothing better to ban conservative talk radio. It's just that they don't know how to go about doing it without violating our first amendment rights.

Way back in 2007 - ancient times. And of course Obama didn't look at anything this guy wrote or make a decision based on what he wrote or thought before hiring him.

He is writting instructions on how to silence others, not just giving his political opinion. He can also implement rules to silence others. Talk show hosts express their opinion, they do not make laws nor implement regulation.

No, but he wrote what he believes, and that's to penalize Conservative talk with huge fees. If stations don't air what he believes, they have to pay.
BTW, you made two contradictory arguments.
1. It doesn't matter because it was so long ago.
2. He can write what he believes.
Either it doesn't matter, it's not what he believes, or it matters and he has a right to write it. I agree, he has a right to write it, and Conservatives have a right to fight him tooth and nail if he tries to implement that discriminatory policy.

It's amazing how this is so simple and easy to understand. Yet, the liberal mind seems to be incapable of grasping it.
I beg to differ....yes majority of lib's has drunk the coolaid and don't know any better. Some lib's are educated but are Marxist/Communist in nature, and they will do or say anything to silent all opposition. And don't think for one second they won't eliminate us in any manner they can. History has proven this.
