Could this be why Billary has been so cranky in Africa?
Bill Clinton's chief of staff when he was governor of Arkansas is expected to turn herself in after authorities issued a bench warrant for her arrest for allegedly smuggling contraband into a state prison, her attorney told CNN Wednesday.

the lady is an idiot, if she did that.
it's a major felony in my state to do that-- 2nd degree
regular contraband, like harmless items-- would only be 3rd degree.
the box cutter is what's gonna burn her
that's an item that is harmful to staff, and can be considered a weapon.
If the prosecutor actually calls it a WEAPON, instead of just 'contraband harmful to staff' it may be bumped up to an even higher level of crime, in Arkansas.
