The sight of a jumbo jet flying low over the city sparked memories of the September 11, 2001, terror attacks, and led to many frightened workers evacuating office buildings both in downtown Manhattan and in New Jersey.
Creating fear in the population was the sole reason for it. It's a classic Pavlovian experiment. I'd like to know who ordered it so he, she, or they can be arrested for treason.
