No more truth was ever told than he who said the pen is mightier than the sword. Now that Obama has made his terrorist leanings known in Cairo as he professes to fight terrorism, let the war of words begin in our letters. Our vote in his second bid will count against his railing against the tiny nation of Israel. He who touches Israel touches the apple of my eye states God very bluntly in my bible. President Bush had the unmitigated gall to boss Israel around. President Bush very suddenly had a pile of trouble on his plate. Bush never knew what had hit him. Hurricane Katrina mudslides tornado's fire out of control on the east and west coast, drought, heatwaves. AIG insured mortages suddenly the largest insurance companies and the banks were in deep trouble. God gave Bush and the United States the back side of his hands. Every time Bush put pressure on Israel neither Bush or our secular congress had a clue, as the God who gave Israel her land, gave them another slap on the ass to show his displeasure with the ten years of Oslo. A facade of peace while rockets were falling on Israel Bush was falling in the polls. If he spent money on disaster he was criticized. If he did not act immediately he was criticized. Every attempt to push Israel around brought another disaster. This did not sink into his political mind.Pat Robertson had some idea to speak his mind, nut he had to regard the media and he backed down. I have no such problem I am a independent evangelical who tells it exactly as I see it. And with God I never back down. I have little regard for the media and would tell you what I think of them but it would not be at all nice.
