I post this just for purposes of illustrating the very quiet turn in solar activity that has been taking place. It will be interesting when the effects of this start to be seen on the Earth in earnest. The Henny Penny's will be in for one hell of a shock.

Old sunspot group 1024 is rotating back into view on the eastern limb, however this time it appears that it is only a plage. The sun is currently blank of sunspots and solar activity will continue at very low levels.
