The new season of Hell's Kitchen premiered Tuesday night. It's only yesterday that the last season of Hell's Kitchen aired its finale.

The new chefs were greeted by J.P., and he gave them tips for the new season with video screen messages from previous contestants Bonnie, Colleen, and Aaron who gave them advices like Don't cook with the oven off and No crying in the kitchen. They learn that the prize is a head chef position at Araxi at Whistler, British Columbia, Canada and greet people for the 2010 Winter Olympics.

The chefs have 45 minutes to prepare their signature dishes for Chef Ramsey. This time, it's the Men (Blue Team) vs. the Women (Red Team). Some of the dishes included a dish by Louie which Ramsey spit out, a french toast dish made by Amanda with tequila, and a poached lobster tail with no lobster tail by Melinda. When asked by Ramsey to taste his dish, Joesph said that he won't eat with his hands. A sign for things to come between these two. In the end, the men team won and got a reward of a rooftop dinner from food from one of Ramsey's restaurant. As punishment, the ladies have to clean up the kitchen. Chef Ramsey introduced the chefs to the soux chefs, including Season Two winner Heather. While the men were enjoying first-class meals on the roof, the women ate bologna sandwiches. They also have to study the recipes, but the men were too busy partying.

In the kitchen, Lovely cooked something prior to service which made Ramsey upset. Meanwhile, when Ramsey barked the orders, the men had problems knowing the orders. A surprise came to Hell's Kitchen when Robert, last season's contestant who left due to health reasons, bought his wife to dinner.

The ladies' kitchen started off bad with Lovely leaving the kitchen for a while to drink some water. In addition, she overcooked a meal. Then, Melinda dumped a lot of pasta into the bin and, of course, Ramsey was upset. The kicker was when Amanda accidentally placed the salmon in the freezer. The women struggled to put out the appetizers, and the kitchen was shut down.

Over at the men's side, Tek's scallops were raw, and Ramsey was steamed that Jim cooked four scallops instead of six. Ramsey had issues with Louie when he cooked the spinach and placed the lamb in the oven without salt and seasoning. Ramsey was too upset that he told Louie to get out. Then, Ramsey invited Robert back into the competition.

Since the women team didn't have a single entree out, they are the losing team and must nominate two women for elimination. In the end, Melinda and Amanda were nominated, and Melinda was kicked out. In a surprise, Ramsey placed Robert to the women team.

In the second hour. Robert gave some tips to the women team. Chef Ramsey. disappointed over the last service, held an Attention to Detail challenge in cleaning shrimps. The chefs have to behead, deshell, and devien shrimps to help their team wins. In the end, the men team won, and their reward is dinner at Newport Beach and a trip on a yacht. The women's punishment is to serve shrimp cocktails and remove lemon seeds. Over at Newport Beach, Joesph ran his mouth and disrespected Ramsey. It was amusing to see J.P. wearing a sailor's outfit on the yacht.

Before services begin, Ramsey named Tennile and Van to the table side.

On the Blue team, Ramsey was upset to see Tony cooking the scallops without telling anyone as well as Kevin serving raw fish. Plus, Ardy's chicken was served cold even though he had the meat thermometer on his arm. The battle occurred when Van went at it with J.P. as they exchanged words. Ramsey have to play peacemaker to settle things down. Van also delivered the tray to the wrong table and dropped a pan of shrimp.

The women team weren't any better Lovely cooked when the oven was off. Then, Tennile served raw shrimp to a pregnant lady. A No-NO. She said that she didn't know she was pregnant. Then, Sabrina's chicken was pink, and Lovely's chicken was raw.

Since he wasn't pleased with either kitchen's services, Ramsey had the chefs to serve shrimp cocktails. Then, he shut the kitchens down. Each team nominated two members for elimination. The women nominated Tennile and Lovely. When Ramsey asked who the men nominated, Joesph ran his mouth again when he said that they know who are nominated and why. When Tony and Andy's names were named, Joe said that they know the reason why and that he's not somebody's bitch. He basically challenge him to a fight in the parking lot. We have to wait till next week to see what happens next.

JP: "There's a bit of a language barrier."
Ramsay: "What do you mean a language barrier? He speaks English!"
JP: "Yes, but he's from Texas."

It was a good episode of Hell's Kitchen.

In the last episode, Joesph was foolish enough to have a shouting match against Chef Ramsey. Not surprisingly, Ramsey had enough of the foolishness and kick Joesph off the show. He mouthed off against Ramsey on the way out. Then, after Tony and Andy joined Tennile and Lovely on the firing line, Ramsey eliminated Tony. Then, Ramsey placed Robert on the men's team.

The chef went upstairs for a short rest until they were awoken by sirens and rushed downstairs. It was a fire drill as Chef Ramsey was with a group of firefighters and talked about teamwork. The chefs' latest task was to prepare a pasta meal to the firefighters.

In the kitchen, both kitchens were having problems with garlic bread. On the women's team, Lovely was having problems making the garlic bread while, over at the men, Andy placed the breads in two ovens instead of five. Back at the red team, Chef Ramsey wasn't happy with the little chicken pieces in the pasta by Sabrina. Also, one dish was returned due to an undercooked meatball. In the end, the women team finished first and won. Their reward is a trip to the spa via a helicopter. As for the men, they have to clean the fire equipment and truck as well as the dining room. However, the men team suffered two injuries. On the way back to Hell's Kitchen, Kevin injured his ankles. Also, Dave's wrist was sore. Both men got medical attention, and it was painful. Dave suffered torn ligaments and a fracture on his wrist while Kevin also have torn ligaments and wears a walking boot. Both chefs remains on the show.

Ramsey have one member of each team to be waiters. Dave volunteered while Ramsey picked Lovely to serve.

On the Red Team, Tennile placed too much oil on the pan, and Ramsey didn't liked her scallops. Lovely took her time with the tickets as well as getting the wine that J.P. ordered. Ramsey was too pleased with Amanda missing a plate of three lambs as well as her math skills. However, Ariel displayed her leadership skills in the kitchen.

Over at the men's kitchen, Ramsey wasn't happy with Robert's scallops. Also, as the men were almost finished with their service, Robert was too slow with the salmon. As a result, the women finished first. Despite his injured ankle, Kevin wasn't slowing down.

After service, both kitchens finished first. So, Ramsey used the customers cards to make his decision, and the winner was the men's team. Ariel was picked as the best of the losing team and have to pick two women for elimination.

She picked Tennile and Lovely. But, Ramsey surprised them when he kept both of them because of Joesph's eviction.

It was a good episode of Hell's Kitchen.

Chef Ramsey sensed the tension within the group and had formed teams of two for the next competition. They have to make six lines of six thick sausages in order to win. In the end, the women team wins as the men team loses partly because Robert and Jim didn't made one link. The women were rewarded with an OktoberFest-like party while the men were punished by cleaning the dorms. Robert was so frustrated with the losing that he was ranting and screaming. Meanwhile, Dave received a phone call from the doctor about his fractured thumb and was told that he have to wear a cast that will prevent his thumb from moving. After talking to Chef Ramsey, he decided to stay.

The next service is special because they will be serving to many celebrities like Drew Lacey, Kristy Swanson, Tom Green, Melinda Clarke, and John O'Hurley. Jim and Ariel will be greeters for their respective teams.

On the men team, Jim's service was too slow as they were slow to deliver appetizers. After a solid start, Ramsey didn't liked Andy's lamb because it was undercooked. His chicken was criticized for being raw. However, the short-handed men team got help when Dave returned and work on dessert.

On the women team, Sabrina helped the team flow by reminding them what to do. However, John O'Hurley returned a pasta dish because it was too salty. Also, Suzanne's lamb pieces were too small. Meanwhile, Lovely seemed to be lost in the clouds in the kitchen.

After the service, the men team won. Before Chef Ramsey tell the teams about their performance, Suzanne asked him about the play-by-play. Big mistake. Sabrina was selected as the best of the worst and must pick two members to be eliminated.

She chose Lovely and Tek. Before he make his decision, he asked Suzanne who she would eliminate. She said Lovely, and Ramsey agreed.

It was a good episode of Hell's Kitchen.

The chefs were greeted with a special guest: Natsha James, the wife of Otis James who just came back from his tour of duty in Iraq. They're planning a surprise welcome home party for him, and the winning team of the competition will have their dish at the dinner. They have to prepare one appetizer and two entrees. Robert and Suzanne had a meeting with the wife to find out what the couple enjoys eating. Then, thy convey the ideas to their respective teams. While the men team worked together well, the women team was chaotic because of Suzanne's poor communication skills. In the end, the men team won and got to experience flying in fighter jets. The women team have to redecorate the dining area for the party with the help from Ramsey's wife.

When the men returned to Hell's Kitchen, they have to teach the women their recipes. However, they weren't so helpful. When Otis arrived to the party, he was greeted with a V.I.P. guest: his mother.

Over at the Blue Kitchen, things are going well for the men team. However, Chef Ramsey wasn't too pleased with the way Jim was handling the steak. Kevin offered to provide back up and helped him. Dan, with basically one hand, continues to help in the kitchen.

Over at the Red team, things were a mess. Ramsey had problems with Sabrina's mushrooms. Also, Tek's steaks were both undercooked and overcooked. Plus, the lobster was raw. They didn't get a single entree out, and Ramsey had the men team come over and finish the service.

The men were the clear winner as the women have to come up with two nominees for evcition.

The women nominated Tek and Tennile. Tennile vocally opposed being nominated and thought Amanda should have be bought down. Ramsey agreed and ordered her down. In the end, Tek was eliminated.

It was a good episode of Hell's Kitchen.

After the latest round of elimination, Chef Ramsey told Amanda to bounce back. Tennielle wasn't happy that she was nominated.

The latest challenge was for the two teams to create the best tasting dishes with 700 calories together. The men team were over the calorie limit, and they haven't ever started cooking. Meanwhile, the women were doing well, thanks in part of Sabrina who had experience in low carb meals.

In the end, the women team won, and their dishes will be on the menu. Their reward was a trip to Venice Beach and volleyball lessons by Olympic winner Annett Davis. Meanwhile, the men have to prep both kitchens as well as going to the store via this multi-bicycle machine. After the ride, Robert felt dizzy and not feeling well. The medic have to send him to the hospital. He will not participate in service.

On the Men side, Ramsey had issues with Jim's risotto from being too peppery to being too bland. He have to have the sous chef to replace him on his station. Ramsey also had issues with Andy's halibut being too raw, then it was overcooked.

Over at the omen team, Ramsey had problems with Ariel's boiled scallops. But, the fireworks occurred when Tennielle wasn't happy with Ramsey's critique with her performance. He called him crap, and he asked her out of the kitchen. After the two exchanged words, she's back to the kitchen. However, things continued to get worse for the women. They were looking for Sabrina's chicken, and her pork and lamb were sent back for being raw and undercooked respectively.

The service was so bad that Ramsey shut down both kitchens. Both teams are losers and have to nominate one member of each team to be nominated.

The women nominated Sabrina while the men tried to throw Robert under the bus because he wasn't involved in service. After Ramsey didn't take their suggestion, they nominated Andy.

In the end, Ramsey surprised everyone when he eliminated Jim because he felt that he lacked passion.

I thought they were crazy to even allow Robert on that bicycle contraption. They knew he had a heart condition and set up the challenge with it anyway.

Chef Ramsey should’ve ejected Tennille for her outburst at him.

It was a good episode of Hell's Kitchen.

After the latest elimination, the men team wants to get rid of Robert. Meanwhile, Robert still haven't show up from the hospital.

The chefs were greeted by a giant crap table. The challenge was for the teams to make a dish with the ingredients which begins with the same letter that each member rolled on the side of a dice.

Over at the women kitchen, everyone can't stand Suzanne's constant talking. Tenielle said that they need to put in some sugar to balance the garlic in the garlic puree. Over at the men kitchen, they were off to a slow start in trying to make fig compatible to fish.

In the end, the men won the challenge. Their reward was a trip to Las Vegas and a VIP Suite. As for the women, they have to bring in the items from delivery day - day and night - as well as prepping both kitchens.

Robert's back, much to the dismay to the men, and they didn't greeted him.

The service will be different because there will be a Chef's Table for each team with Executive chefs from Ramsey's restaurants in NYC and LA.

Over at the Men side, Van's fish were sent back for having plastic and paper. Plus, when he was talking to the executive chefs, he was nervous and couldn't articulate the menu. Meanwhile, Robert was struggling with the lamb, and Ramsey was upset that he served raw rabbit. In addition, Chef Ramsey was upset at Kevin's actions when he called the men to pay attention. He shut the kitchen down.

Over at the women team, the women kept the executive chefs waiting for their appetizers. When they delivered the dish, they complained that the scallops weren't too seasoned. Ramsey was upset that Sabrina's garlic was cooking on a dirty pan. With three more orders to go, Amanda was waiting for Ariel to finish her pasta for awhile. Despite that, the women finished the service and won.

Since Dave was the best of the worst, he have to pick two members for elimination. He selected Robert and Van. But, Ramsey also called down Andy. After Van was sent back in line, Robert and Andy had an exchange of words. In the end, Ramsey sent Robert packing because he had the most service and still sent out raw food.

It was a good episode of Hell's Kitchen.

After the latest elimination, the men wondered how Andy keeping surviving after each nomination. He must have nine lives. Over at the women's side, the ladies want Suzanne to go.

The latest competition was the classic taste challenge where the chefs have to correctly name the food that they tasted. In the end, the ladies won. As punishment, the men have to the palate cleansing sorbet by hand as well as clean the glasses. Also, they also drank it.

Meanwhile, the women had dinner in the dark with Chef Ramsey. Suzanne asked Ramsey some questions, which annoyed the rest of the women who thinks she's a kiss ass.

There's an Anti-Suzanne team among the women who talked behind her back.

Chef Ramsey will be serving the palate cleansing sorbet, and Ariel and Kevin will be serving tableside.

Over at the Red Kitchen, Suzanne was off to a great start. However, Amanda was slow on her service, much to Ramsey's dismay. Also, Suzanne and Sabrina weren't in synched in communications. After serving raw lamb, Chef Ramsey kicked Sabrina out of the kitchen and eat her raw lamb in the dining area. In her absence, Tennille took charge in the kitchen. Sabrina returned to the kitchen and hated her raw lamb. Suzanne's sea bass wasn't good to Ramsey's taste and had the entire women team to make the entry all over again. Amanda tried to help Suzanne, but she cooked it on one side.

Over at the men's side, Ramsey didn't liked Van's risotto because it was too bland. When it was out, it was returned because it wasn't good. The men got the orders mixed up, which didn't make Ramsey happy. Andy caused trouble in the kitchen where he ran out of potatoes, and Dave have to come to the rescue. Andy have to tell the tables that he ran out of potatoes.

Even though the service was complete, Chef Ramsey wasn't too pleased with the performances of both teams. In the end, the men team was the winner. Over the women team, Tennille have to pick two members for elimination. Suzanne, of course, will be one of the members because she wasn't a team player and threw her team under the bus.

Tennille nominated Suzanne and Sabrina while Ramsey brought down Amanda. Suzanne feverishly defended herself against the rest of the women. Much to the dismay to the rest of the women team, Ramsey sent Suzanne back in line and sent Amanda home.

I have a theory about why Robert was chosen to leave Hell’s Kitchen last week.

I think since he had left the show due to health reasons the last time he was on that he didn’t want to go out the same way this time. I believe the “raw food” going out to plating was a fabrication to give him an out.

When Robert made his return, after missing time while he was in the hospital, he didn’t have any concern about what the menu was and even went upstairs while the men started their prep. He knew he was leaving and didn’t even try to be a part of the team.

He and Chief Ramsey had to have an agreement he would go out the way he did.

It was a good episode of Hell's Kitchen.

Suzanne, after dodging the bullet in the elimination round, was humbling herself in front of her team and promised to be a team player.

Chef Ramsey demonstrated how to cook a crape for the next challenge. Each team have to cook a crape for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. Each team had a tough time making crapes, especially the men. In the end, the ladies won. Their reward was dinner at a French restaurant as well as mime training.

Meanwhile, the men have to prep both kitchens as Hell's Kitchen will be serving French cuisines. They also ate food like cow's tongue and pig's head.

Before service, Andy cuts his hand while using the grader. OUCH!!!! He have to go to the clinic, but he returned. However, he doesn't know the menu. Dave have to come to the rescue.

Over the men's kitchen, Andy struggled in the kitchen. he struggled with the crapes as well as drowning the salad with too much dressing. In the end, Ramsey kicked him out of the kitchen. Dave, on the other hand, acted like Superman with his cooking and running. The men performed well after Andy was kicked out.

Over at the women's side, Ramsey complained about Sabrina's risotto had no seasoning as well as her bland frog legs. Also, he had issues with the way Suzanne prepared the lambs and the way it was sliced. As a result, he kicked out both women. Like the men, the remaining women performed well.

There was no winning team since both teams were without members. They have to come up together on which two members will be nominated. While most people agreed that Suzanne should be nominated, there can't agreed on who will join them.

In the end, Suzanne and Andy were nominated. Ramsey eliminated Andy. He asked Sabrina to come down. Ramsey send Suzanne to the men's team and asked Sabrina to bring her old self back.

I saw this show last night--I really wish Chef Ramsey could kick some rear ends in DC!

Did you see the top of his fingers cut off? It looked like he won't have fingerprints on them any more...

Horrible! OUCH...and? What did they do with the finger tops? I'll skip the potato salad, thank you.

It was a special two-hour episode of Hell's Kitchen.

After the latest elimination, the men team weren't thrilled with Suzanne joining them, and they warned her that she would be gone if she messed up.

The chefs were surprised to see sous chef Scott greeting them. Then, a video screen dropped down and played a message by Chef Ramsey from Whistler, British Columbia and gave a tour of the restaurant they will be working. He also told them the challenge where the two teams have to make three entrees using the 15 ingredients from Whistler without repeating them. The judges were former Olympic athletes Sasha Cohen and Johnny Mosley.

Over at the Red Team, Tennille and Ariel mistakenly thought venison was lamb. Only Sabrina, who was shut out, knew the mistake. After Ramsey noticed the mistake, Tennille and Ariel lied about it.

In the end, the Blue team won. The men reward with Mark Peele at his restaurant and ate grilled cheese sandwich. As for the women, they have to work on the farm and clean the pig sty.

The teams have to create their own menu, but the Red Team once again shut out Sabrina. As a result, they weren't happy with the menu.

Over at the Red Kitchen, Tennille didn't cooked the Swiss chives. A customer returned Ariel's dish because the pork was frozen. Meanwhile, Sabrina took her time with service, and Tennille sweeps during service. Also, Chef Ramsey wasn't pleased with Sabrina's raw halibut.

Over at the Blue Kitchen, Ramsey wasn't pleased when Van added too much scallops, and some of them were burnt. Meanwhile, Dave had some pain on his arm, but he still going on. Meanwhile, Ramsey didn't liked that Van didn't wipe his hot plate and that he made raw halibut.

As a result, Ramsey shut the service down and announced no winning team. The two teams have to nominate two members for elimination. Some of the men wants Suzanne gone because she's the weakest chef. However, it was Sabrina and Van who were nominated. Sabrina was eliminated.

After Sabina's elimination, there will be no more teams as they received the black suits. Then, their next challenge will be to recreate a dish by sight and taste, and it will be done in pairs. In the end, the duo of Dave and Suzanne won. Their reward is a dinner with last year's winner Christina. The losers have to decorate the kitchen with J.P. to have a more romantic feel.

During dinner with Christina, Suzanne and Dave asked her questions.

When they returned, the other chefs gave Dave and Suzanne the cold shoulder. The service will be Couples Night, and Kevin will be making salads by the tables. Two men will be helping the ladies because there's only three women.

Suzanne had miscounted and misheard the number of appetizers that Ramsey ordered. Then, Van was having problems with the fish ranging from overcooked and undercooked. Then, Ramsey wasn't happy when he saw Van sweating over them. Plus, he wasn't too pleased with the way Ariel cooked the lettuce. So displeased with the service, Chef Ramsey and sous chef Scott walked out of Hell's Kitchen. After he left, Tennille took control, and the chefs cooked well. However, Suzanne refused to plate the dishes because she doesn't know what to do. When Ramsey returned, he kicked out Van, Ariel, and Suzanne out of the kitchen. Van wasn't too pleased with the eviction and vented. After service, Chef Ramsey told Tennille that it was the best performance she had done. He also told them to pick two members from the three he kicked out of the kitchen.

Dave wants Ariel out because he thinks she's a tougher competitor than Van. They said that they want to nominate Ariel and Suzanne. After they were nominated and Ramsey asked if they were the weakest chefs, Tennille said that Van was the weakest chef. So, Ramsey had all three chefs on the line and asked them why they should stay. Van gave an emotional response using curse words. In the end, van was eliminated.

I'm glad Tennille stepped up to the plate. She was absolutely right to say that Van was one of the weakest cooks for the second dinner service. And who would have figured Dave to be kinda "weasel-ish" but then again, it's survival of the fittest.

Is it too early to pick who I think would be the final two and who my money is riding on right now? I'm picking Kevin and Ariel to be in the final two with Kevin taking the win.

It was a good episode of Hell's Kitchen.

The chefs were asking Tennille why she changed her mind and named Van the weakest chef.

The first individual challenge had the chefs tested on their food's presentation. The judges are from the editorial staff of Bon Appetit magazine, and it will be judged on presentation alone. Then, the top two food will be tasted, and the best tasted food wins. In the end, it comes down between Kevin and Ariel. Chef Ramsey and the magazine editor Barbra Fairchild can't decide and named both of the the winner of the challenge. Their reward is a photo shoot for the cover at Shutters on the Beach. Meanwhile, the rest of the chefs will pick up the trash on the side of the highway that Hell's Kitchen adopted.

During sweeping up the red carpet of Hell's Kitchen, Dave's wrist swelled and became more painful. However, he kept on cooking.

Because of Dave's injury, Kevin took charge in the kitchen, much to the dismay of his fellow chefs. Chef Ramsey had problems with the lack of communications between Ariel and Suzanne over the scallops. As the chefs were making the meals, more and more orders came through. Ariel knew that the risotto was overcooked, but Tennille served it anyway which angered Ramsey. He was also upset with the way Kevin overcooked the rice. Adding to his frustration, Ariel gave out raw chicken as well as lamb. Also, Suzanne gave out raw fish. Ramsey gave an ultimatum to the chefs to shape up or go home.

Despite the complete service, there were no winners. The team have to come up with two people for elimination.

Suzanne and Ariel were up for elimination. After giving her so may chances, Suzanne was eliminated.

It was another good episode of Hell's Kitchen.

It's down to the final four on Hell's Kitchen.

The chefs were greeted by a child Ramsey as he barked at them. Then, the real Ramsey showed up and talked about the latest challenge. They must create 80 portions of vegan meals (YUCK!!!). During making the meals, Dave experienced harsh pains on his arm, but he doesn't want any help. The chefs didn't finished their meals when the children showed up. They will judge the meals (Good luck convincing them to eat vegetables).

Chef Ramsey greeted the kids by having J.P. to give them treats. In the end, Tennille won and her reward was a sushi dinner with Ramsey as well as being pampered at a salon. She also got a new set of knives.

Meanwhile, the remaining three chefs have to clean up the kitchen including scraping the gum from under the table (YUCK!!!). Dave picked up some candy from the floor.

Prior to service, Chef Ramsey told the chefs that he wants passion in the kitchen. Service went off to a great start until Tennille held up service with problems with the fish and rubbery scallops. Ramsey have to have a pep talk with her, an she finished strong. Meanwhile, Dave hurt her arm again, and Ramsey was worried. Dave got medical attention, but Dave continues working.

After service, Ramsey expressed concern for Dave's injury, but he insists that his arm is fine. There will be no nomination because Ramsey decided to eliminated Tennille. But, he praised her hard work and commitment.

After the chefs went upstairs to celebrate, Ramsey called them downstairs. He again wonder if he made the right decision in keeping Dave, but it was the typical Ramsey's psych-outs as he said that he made the right decision. Then, he surprised the chefs with visits from loved ones. That's touching. :)

Next week's the two-hour finale.

It's the season finale of Hell's Kitchen.

Chef Ramsey told the three remaining chefs would have to make a cuisine that represents the country they selected. Ariel have China, Dave have India, and Kevin have Mexico. Dave was nervous because he doesn't know any Indian cuisines.

Ramsey will be joined by three other chefs, each representing the culture they chefs are making, to be the judges.

While serving his Mexican dish, Kevin told them that he forgot to add the Mexican chocolate sauce. Meanwhile, Dave added pork in the Indian cuisine, which is a no-no. Despite the mistake, Dave was the winner. His reward is a meal prepared by the three chefs and watched them prepared the food. Also, he got some cookware. He will be joined by his sister and finacee. Meanwhile, Kevin and Ariel will be prepping the kitchen and cleaning.

Chef Ramsey will have each chef to run the hot plate as well as testing their quality control.

The first was Kevin as he was tested when one of the sous chefs replaced the sea bass with halibut. He spotted the switch. He had problems with Ariel as she overcooked the lamb and slowing down the kitchen.

The next was Dave who was aggressive in the kitchen with his barking orders. He was tested when the asparagus puree with the spinach. He missed it. He missed the food test again. But, he rallied and performed well.

Ariel was the last chef to run the hot plate. She was tested when Heather replace mashed potato with parsley puree, and she missed it. However, she did noticed the salmon when it replaced the sea bass. She and Kevin were have communications problems in the kitchen as he kept messing up in the kitchen with the scallops.

Chef Ramsey asked the chefs on which chef shouldn't be in the finals. Dave and Kevin said that Ariel shouldn't be in the finals. Chef Ramsey, saying that it was a difficult decision, named Dave and Kevin to the finals. He told Ariel to keep the jacket and told her that he was proud of her.

Chef Ramsey told Dave and Kevin to get in the limo. They arrived to a building in downtown L.A. and met Ramsey at the rooftop. They were greeted by a large crowd as Ramsey told them to prepared meals to be judged by the food industry power players. In typical Hell's Kitchen fashion, it was tied 2 - 2. In the end, Dave won.

After each chef made their own menus, Dave and Kevin was surprised when they were greeted by some of the previous chef from the truck. They will pick three members to join their staff.

Dave picked Ariel, Robert, and Suzanne while Kevin have Van, Amanda, and Sabrina.

Kevin's food was complicated while Dave's food was simple.

Before service, Chef Ramsey gave the two chefs their new jackets.

The service will have top chefs from around the world in attendance, including their new boss in Vancouver.

Over at Kevin's kitchen, he was having problems with Amanda with her scallops and slow service. So, he had Van to do the fish. Then, she was having problems with the risotto. But, as soon as Kevin calmed down, she got better. It was smooth sailing then.

Over at Dave's kitchen, things went off to a great start. But, Robert's risotto have little or no mushrooms. Robert was upset because he thought that Dave threw him under the bus. Meanwhile, Ariel overcooked the venison. But, service finished strong.

Ramsey called it the closest contest ever. In the end, when the two chefs try to open the doors, it was Dave who opened it and won Hell's Kitchen.

I'm so happy that he won. :)

Aren't you guys tired of Gordon Ramsay yet?

OK, he can cook a bit (there are better), and he is very good at being exceptionally rude to people, but surely that's where the attraction ends?
