The video is misleading.
It implies that the cross was maintained by the vetrans in the video.
At issue now is an 8-foot-tall cross in the Mojave National Preserve in Southern California. It was first erected by the Veterans of Foreign Wars in 1934 and has been maintained as a war memorial by the National Park Service.
As I see it the refusal to allow a Buddhist shrine to be built near the site (was not that mentioned) gives question as to whether that violated the 1st Amendment.
Things like this is exactly what the Supreme Court is supposed to decide.
Conversely the idea of concealing the cross while the case is being decided is totally ASSININE.
