OK - Greedy lawyers drive way to many obscene lawsuits and drive way too many biased legislative initiatives.
How about imposing an "Unconscionable income tax" on lawyer incomes exceeding, say $500K per year. Say 90% tax. Anyone with bar membership (officers of the court).
(Most) frivolous lawsuits would collapse. The very brightest lawyers might find productive work, like hosting Talk Radio or working in Investment Banking. Maybe a few Statesmen would emerge.
Healthcare costs would collapse as doctors become able to practice more freely, and end so much defensive medicine (and cut $100,000 insurance premiums).
Business would boom. People would go back to work. American could wakeup from the nightmare of Obama's socialist dream.
