Okay, now that that's out of the way.....
I like the books, and yes, I like the show too.
However.... I think they took dramatic license with entirely too many things for a show 'based' on a series of books.
Why is Tara black? Did someone from HBO just think that there wasn't enough diversity on the cast and they just HAD to change a minor character into a major character?
Why does it feel to me that Hoyt is a mixture of 'Hoyt' and JB?
Why is Terry now a Iraq War vet instead of a Vietnam vet which like... TOTALLY changes the character?
Who the hell is Jessica and why was she turned??
