Is "Liberal Fascism" a good book?

I mean is it a legitimately good, intelligent book or will I be constantly facepalming while reading it? The cover and name of the book seem to indicate something childish and stupid, sort of like the antics of certain television hos.... nevermind.

So yeah... solid intellectually stimulating read or extremely stupid version of The Road to Serfdom?
