As a father I know that our role often gets taken for granted, our responsibilities are never considered, and are sense of humor is seldom, if ever fully appreciated. Be it killing every pest that comes within range of your wife and children or always being called upon to unclog the toilet, sometimes the job just sucks.
But we do it. We step up. We get up every morning, get things done and don't worry about the pat on the back. We don't need constant praise, nor would we want it. For we know what it means to be a man. We know what it means to take charge. And we know the importance of keeping the wife happy...

So gentlemen, this weekend I take my hat off to you. Seeing how nobody else will...

One of the things I got my Dad is a Omaha Steaks gift card. He (of course) loves to grill. But you watch... he's going to bitch and moan about the prices lol.
I should have just picked out a package and had it sent to him. Ah well.

Hmmm, Steak...
Well Dad loves him some steak, but he can't understand why it costs more than 50 cents a pound lol.
He seems locked in a time warp; he'd always send me off to the hardware store to pick up a tool or whatever, telling me "It should only cost a dollar or so." And then he'd get ****ed that the prices have risen dramatically since the early 50's
I guarantee you I won't hear the end of how expensive these steaks are LOL

Thanks Goose... that was great. :D
But what impressed me most was that on the same page with your video are two "You might also like" videos of two scantily clad beauties named Kana Tsugihara and Diznee. ;)
They were right... :shifty:

My sincerest wish for a HAPPY FATHER'S DAY to all the great Hannity guys out there.
You ROCK!
Your inspiration and dedication to your families is what helps to make this place a very special place, as I witness daily.
Thank you for all you do. http://bestsmileys.com/cheering/1.gif http://bestsmileys.com/cheering/1.gif http://bestsmileys.com/cheering/1.gif Today is your day. Enjoy!
"Some daddies are short
and some dads are tall,
Some fish and some hunt
and some like to play ball.
Some chase a ball
'round a golf course,
Some dads work as actors
and some ride a horse.
Some dads like to fix things
when they are broke
Like dishwashers,
sprinklers
and bicycle spokes.
Some daddies teach school
and some work at the mall,
Some dads are policemen
and some dads are on call.
Some dads work on computers
all day 'till they're tired,
Some dads have gray hair
and now they're retired.
Some dads are adopted
and some are not,
But however we got them
we love them a lot
So whether you fish
or hunt or play ball,
Whether you're short
or even quite tall,
Whatever your role
as a Daddy may be,
Today you are a
SUGAR DADDY
We honor you
on this Father's Day
Please know that
you're loved in
in so many ways."
And to my own dad:
Dad, you've given me two most precious gifts:
One is roots, the other is wings.
Happy Fathers Day, Dad.

Happy Father's Day!
To all our Father's here at Hannity; May you enjoy a wonderful day of sticky little kisses (as they do go away with time) May your balls fly true (and happily come home to complain about that damn par 4 dog leg!) May your steaks be medium rare and served with a smile (it's good to be the King) And may you feel the love you've fostered by being a Dad. God Bless you all and Happy Father's Day .

Happy Father's Day to all the real DADs out there. The ones that play with their kids. The ones that are willing to sacrifice their wants for their children's needs. The ones that go to work with a good attitute because they know that they are providing for their children and giving them a better life. The one's who don't resent those that make them a dad. The ones who live their lives as a good example for their children. The ones that take time out of their busy fishing schedule to help their little one learn to ride a bike or improve their t-ball or soccer skills. You know who you are. Keep up the great work!

And I think father's sometimes take for granted how important they are to their sons and daughters just like we all sometimes take for granted how much we mean to those closest to us. So here's to all the dads out there...hat tip to the 'rocks' of the family.

This is the first Father's Day without my dad. He died on 9/19/08 and let me tell you, its been a rough day at times.
I miss and love you dad, you were always there for me when I needed you, and even when I didnt know I needed you. You had faith in me when I had lost faith, you knew I would make it through Boot Camp even when I was doubting it myself.
Thank you dad for being the dad you were, and for teaching me how to be the dad I am today!!!

Thanks Goose.
I had the best Fathers Day present Ive ever received today. My 14 year old called me from the Philmont Scout Ranch to wish me Happy Fathers Day. He has been waiting for this 10 day 89 mile hike for over a year and took time away from it to call me.

Trust me, it's because we don't have any money any more!
