Evil Taser device kills again

I am sure it is LEOs and the devices fault and had nothing to do with this:

"Antonio Galeano, 39, an amphetamines addict,"

Perhaps people that don't want to die should not get high, run around naked causing havoc , and fight the police.

It is quite possible the guy was in a state of excited delirium, which is induced by a overdose of drugs. The body heats up, which is why they usually are naked. They are trying to cool off. They tend to have super strength, and are very difficult to deal with. Many times they are about to die anyway.

I think that would be the most likely cause as statistically a lot more people die from drug related incidents than taser discharges. This guy would most likely have died if they had forgone the taser and tried to subdue him with physical force, hell he might have died it they just left him alone.
