Seriously, all of the the turning left and right reading the prompter has to lead to some serious neck cramps. Somebody really needs to just pull the the plug on the teleprompter. Another ping pong speach by Obammy on oversight of executive pay and regulation. He should probably get that taken care of asap, once Obamacare kicks in, alternative healthcare probably won't be covered.
