There's health reform czar, a drug czar, a border czar, a regulatory czar, an info-tech czar and of course last week's "Pay Czar". When will it end? Last i checked this isn't Russia. Robert Byrd says these "czars" are unconstitutional.

Actually he already does. He's been in the hospital for about a month. What started out as regular infection turned into a staph infection. I read somewhere that he has cancer, but I don't know for sure.
He's going through P/T now in preparation of getting out.
I bet the dems already have his replacement picked. Probably someone who won't care about those pesky czars and that steenking piece of paper called the Constitution.

Wonder how long it will be before Obama creates the position.
