How many would consider using the Option of Jury Nullification if you were seated on a jury?
Yes, you would consider using it if circumstances warranted.
No, the law is the law a jury should only decide on the law.

If the law isn't applied equally should the law be thrown out.
If it isn't thrown out ...should the jury render a not guilty decision with the result of nullifying the law in that instance?
Tax evasion laws (think Geithner et al) come to mind as well as other laws.

A jury should be able to judge both the facts and the law. Juries were originally conceived as a check on the power of the state.
