I request that you pray for my condition of late. I always trust your faith and prayers to God and know that He answers those who are "full of Faith".
I suppose I've regressed quite a bit late in the condition. Actually I've always had the "Faith of Job", but as I get worse it seems that I need more and more help.
My other daughter and my other grand kids have moved next door to us, so I have my whole family with me, I just need to get better.
People disagree with me often, but I believe all sickness comes from the "Fowler", not God. Therefore, my healing is all in Him, so I ask you to get in touch with God and to pray for me. He can get us in his clutches but we always need to remember who our faith is in. Amen
Thanks

My prayers are no more heard by the LORD than those of any other, including your own.
But, oh, my, YES, you've got them, dear brother in faith.
Did the LORD design the Garden of Eden full of disease and bugs and garbage and then pronounce it "good" in His eyes? NOT A CHANCE!
Death and disease and destruction entered into this world when Adam handed ownership of his trust from the LORD over to Satan and his serpent followers -- and not before. You face the results of Adam's rebellion, for the LORD did tell our great-grandparents what would happen if they ate of the fruit of the tree of knowledge. Adam and Eve decided they wanted the omniscience of God Himself so they'd be equal to Him. And they lost His friendship, lost His trust, lost their perfect Garden because they lost their humility and joy in His friendship.
But Christ died to take death into captivity, to make atonement and restore balance so that souls who put their trust in Him and seek His companionship may have again what Adam and Eve threw away so stupidly in their greed for power.
I so pray that, as He did for so many during His three years of ministry and teaching, He will but speak the word of His Will to see your body healed, your life among us restored to full and effective labor in His fields. Surely, there is so much work to do to reach out and help those starving for His grace and His companionship, the perfect joy and contentment that comes only when we, like the Apostle John, are free to sit beside Him at the campfire and lay our heads upon His chest, held secure and loved in His arms.
And this, too, I pray for you and yours. While His Body sits on the right hand of the Throne of Heaven itself, surely His Spirit walks among us, invisible to fallen and damaged eyes, yet seen and known by the hearts of those who seek His Face. And I pray that you and all whom you cherish shall SEE and KNOW what John felt when he sat with his physical head on Christ's physical shoulder, felt with the LORD's physical arms around John's own.
May He hold you close to His heart to see and to know the richness of His own enduring and perfect companionship, even in the midst of Satan's world.
For only thus are the slings and arrows of the Fowler deflected, to bounce away from us, weak and useless against the ONE Who IS, yesterday, today, and tomorrow, our sure Defense and our greatest Friend, whose love and protection and devotion to our well-being is not shaken and never fails.
Be well, dear brother, well in heart, in mind, and in body alike, that you may look up to see His Feet upon the mountain, feel and know His love for all eternity.

Hello Mgifford,
I am a bit hesitant to reply to a thread that has asked for the specific prayers of Rhet. I know and share just how respected she is here.
I hope and pray that you will forgive me for replying nonetheless. Rhet has always pointed out that whenever 'two or more are gathered in his name'; the prayers offered up are heard. So....in keeping with that philosophy; you have my prayers to the Good Lord that He send you the Blessings you need to heal and get past all that you have spoke of.
My apology if you find that I have violated your privacy in any way.
Be as well as you can be,
Jim

You haven't violated anything, in any way. I pray for every person that asks for prayer here too. I've noticed that Rhet is the "Prayer Warrior" that doesn't argue and ridicule with other Christians, but she prays to Jesus for anyone, tho she has had tragedies in her life at the same time. I admire that and hope I can be more like her some day.
