Borough attorney Francis Linnus said... The lawsuit "will be vigorously defended,"
Cap has the support of local hunting groups and the National Rifle Association...
Some fights are worth fighting. This one isn't. Linnus is just going to waste taxpayer money.

Cap, who has a valid hunting license, wants to hunt deer and small game, Kopelson said. He had wanted to go with his father, who died while the application was pending.
The government can't sell a hunting license to a man and then deny him the means to hunt. That's not even remotely fair.

This mans handicap should not restrict him from the ability to do what an able body being can do if the means exist for him to act as a hunter.
To deny such is to discriminate based on his handicap.

It is smart IMHO that this is going through state court first because if he does not win at the state level he can then possibly go to U.S. District Court for a possible civil rights violation.
