The above headline/article was in the newspaper today.
The president said that solar energy is a cost saver for Nellis Air Force Base. I was wondering if this story could be used as "comedy material" on one of the late-night shows. It might go something like this:
I have some good news and some bad news. The good news is that the Air Force saved nearly $1 million on electricity in one year by using solar panels. The bad news is: The cost to build this solar system was 100 million dollars.
