Seriously, you can't make this stuff up.

I would actually let the guy out of the ticket if he could point to the country of Moor on a globe.

Syracuse, NY -- A Clay resident operating a Jaguar automobile without using a seatbelt was arrested Wednesday and the car was towed after telling officers that he was a Moorish national and "your courts are nothing," police said.

Ramost I. Bey, 36, of 103 Eagles Point Circle, Clay, was driving south on South Salina Street about 1:30 p.m. when an officer heading north saw him without at seatbelt. By the time the officer turned around and began following the car, Bey pulled into a parking lot of an auto parts store in the 4000 block of South Salina Street.

You can't hold me infidel, I only answer to Sharia law.

What a tool, ship him back to North Africa where he's from originally.

Thank God another dangerous criminal has been arrested and taken off of the streets. I am relieved to know that our taxes go to make sure people wear seatbelts and don't leave their car unattended at their own expense. And also to pay the court employees for enforcing these completely justifiable nanny-state laws.

May I suggest a new law to fine people for laughing while behind the wheel. It might be dangerous, as the British know.
