A mob of Seattle Central Community College students chased military recruiters off campus last month, after a tense confrontation. Now a student anti-war group is stepping up efforts to keep them out for good.
Students Against War has launched a petition drive aimed at persuading administrators to order a halt to on-campus military recruiting.
I haven't heard much of these anti war protests lately especially since Obama was inaugurated. Why? The wars are still going on, and Obama is not a peace monger withdrawing all troops and raising a white flag like these anti-war protesters wanted. Perhaps all the anti-war protests were nothing more than partisan attacks?

"The students hurled insults and water bottles, according to witnesses, forcing the recruiters to flee under the protection of campus security officers."
Nothing like those peaceful liberal protests. BTW does this school take Federal funding? If so these students needs to pipe the hell down!

Let's see if this thread goes as long as the "How dare Liberty University kick the Democrat Club off campus" thread.

Yes, it does I believe, and I think there is a law that requires universities that take federal funding to allow military recruitment on campus.
Anyway, I still haven't seen peace marches, anti-war protests and demonstrations, and all that lately. I guess these libs just wanted a socialist in office and just used anti-war protests as a way to gather up support for their real cause?

Where were all the teabag protests during the Bush spending sprees?
Pot, meet kettle.

War is good, when Democrats are doing it.
Racism is fine, when Democrats are doing it.
Lying is no big deal, when Democrats are doing it.
Corruption is not an issue, when Democrats are doing it.
Getting it yet?

There have been anti-war protests, they are just smaller and receive less coverage.

If that's true, it still supports the point.
