Just curious, I picked up a couple of rifles today, both Marlins. A model 81 in .22 S/L/LR (est. 1937-1940) and a model 336 in .30-.30 (1950). Both are in real good shape but in dire need of a cleaning which I'll do as soon as I can. Total price including taxes = $250 for both so, I was wondering if it was a decent deal? Also, any thoughts on them for those that may have actually used one or own(ed) one would be greatly appreciated.
