The state courts have ruled that, since there is no law in Wisconsin prohibitting the open carrying of guns, that people cannot be lawfully arrested for suchbehavior, and this was affirmed in an opinion by the State Attorney General who told state LEOs to leave open carrying people alone.

The Wisconson top law man, however, has decided he will arrest people anyway if they open carry.

Predictably enough there is now a bigt lawsuit against Milwaukee now and the plaintiffs will likely win it.

And the wheels go round and round.

Anyway, this makes Illinois the last state left that wont let law-abiding citizens carry guns in public under any circumstances. the land of Barka Obamania just hates guns that bad.

I dont know, but I dont see why he thinks he can ignore the states judges and the AT.

But then again, he is a raving gun grabbing jack-boot.
