Not only can we not pick a senator, we can't pick what kind of weather we want. This type of stuff was't even seen in the Bible, this is clearly the work of all that gas being spit into the air.
The Twin Cities blasted into a heat record Tuesday with a high temperature of 97 degrees, breaking the previous record for the date by eight degrees.
Meanwhile, as Granite Falls hit 100 degrees at 5 p.m., Grand Marais was recording 34 degrees, giving Minnesota both some of the nation’s warmest and coolest temperatures simultaneously. When recording 100, Granite falls was 21 degrees warmer than Houston and 25 degrees warmer than Miami.

Sounds like Texas a few years back. Had a heat wave in Laredo while it was snowing in Amarillo.

How is it clearly the result of all that gas, given there is no proof or data?

A short break from the light-hearted spirit of this post...
Sorry, but by definition MN can't be hit with "global" warming or cooling. You're confusing weather with climate.
...now, back to the levity. :)

In my house I use fans to distribute uneven temperature'd air. They should build big fans in MN.
