Actually it's holding at 101 arrests with 1 pending. The man is still at large.

Out of 17 mugshots, this guy looks like he's been punched in the face in at least a third of them. Do Ohio cops normally kick the ass of the guys they arrest?
If the photos tell the tale truly, he's gotten a whipping about 1 out of every third arrest so he's had a good 30+ beatings and still hasn't learned his lesson.
He's got a face that only a taser instructor could love.

Reading the guy's rap sheet, most of his victims have been female. Women don't usually beat up guys, however guys who pick on women have been known to get a beating.
