Freedom concert

:frown: I was not happy ordering Freedom concert tickets online. I live in Oregon and got tickets for San Diego on August 7th, my daughter and sisters live there. I used the code word to order tickets early. It kept having me restart the order about 6 times. When I got my tickets I ended up paying a convenience of around $12 dollars per ticket which I was unaware of. Most all the good seats were already taken and the total I was given online was not what was on my credit card. I called to find out about this extra charge but was told I should have known. But I will be flying down to San Diego in August to attend with my daughter and sisters.

Sorry to hear that cynthia! It's not that bad here in Texas. Maybe Ticketmaster was having issues. Here's hoping that you guys end up having fun anyway! My husband always makes me read the "fine print" before buying things because he's an accountant, they tack on like a $24 convenience charge on top of delivering the ticket charges. It's a bit much!
