It could be said that California, South Carolina, Oregon, and Michigan are in Depression instead of Recession. They all have unemployment rates of 11% and higher. How long until they are no longer in Depression? What do these states need to do to get out of Depression.

Since liberals control 3 of these 4 states what are the chances they will get their unemployment down below 7%?

The only thing that'll get anyone out of the depression is lowering government spending, taxes, and overall getting the hell out of the economy and allow the markets to correct all the errors government and the fed made by interfering.

The question is what should one do to get out of the recession?

Nah, Obama will just print more money to give to those states. But it still will not help employ more people in those states.
