The so-called "Fairness" Doctrine really bothers me because
if ANYONE utters or writes ANYTHING that our so-called
president and his cabinet disagree with then it is deleted,
"explained" away as mad rantings or just plain ignored.
As Americans we need to grow a set, stand-up on our hind
legs and reclaim OUR COUNTRY and OUR CONSTITUTION!
Any comments? Bring them on!

i agree. Interestingly enough, the liberal radio talk shows either fold or ask for public donations to keep going. I'm not talking PBS, but actual handouts. The reason - they're not worth it to produce.
The problem though, is that groups like Moveon.org an others have taken up a more potent, viral media and have captured the younger, more impressionable minds on the net. We have to continue the anti-fairness doctrine fight; continue to promote the talk radio programs that have such great success under their current format; and importantly - FIND THE RIGHT WEB BASED ANSWER TO GET THE YOUNGER CONSERVATIVES ON BOARD.

This not only is applying to radio, but to the work environment as well. The supreme court heard a case involving Conneticut, I believe, firefighters case involving this. This case represented fireman, who were all white, taking a test to allow them to move up in rank. They were the top in grades, and the fire department allowed the test to be dismissed. The answer to why was no other ethnitic backgrounds were being represented and the state was worried about the fairness doctrine being used on them. Hard to understand how this can be treated as being fair to those men who worked so hard to achieve high scores.

Every time someone starts a website that the watchdogs of our so-called president find to be offensive to the current government it seems to just vanish before word can get around.
If our "government" doesn't like it, it's not fair. That the current viewpoint in D.C.
What happened to FREEDOM OF SPEECH ???
