There's a difference between blaming them and simply pointing out who's infected and where they originate. Last time I checked having the flu is not something you blame on people but limiting the spread of the epidemic begins with identifying and containing those already infected.

I guess living in an area(FL) that uses a lot migrant labor between citrus, strawberries and construction I am concerned about what comes back on those buses that travel back and forth to Texas in between 'seasons' ... the people who live in the Boston area(I've lived there too) can't appreciate the risk because they are fairly well insulated from the people that cross borders to work on a regular basis...(the RI and NH borders don't count.)

I have issues with any ILLEGAL person in this country, participating in its benefits while others wait in line to do it legally. We tried to get my husbands father over here, but he didn't make it before he died, I guess we should have brought him over anyway and forget about the visa experiation.
