The raw video from the incident is horrific. So horrific I won't link to it.
Initial reports say four dead.

I'm just saying what the initial reports say.
Roads closed and pedestrian barriers up along her route and a car gets in and hits people?

No, I'm just asking. The news video isn't very clear on where the car was in relation to the bus.

In that video the hood of the car is already dented up. So the car crashing into the statue is just the conclusion of what happened.

Karst Tates.

Pulled from his smashed-up car by police, Tates was arrested and taken to hospital, where he died overnight in an intensive care ward.
Tates is thought to have been a security guard who had recently been fired from his job and faced losing his home, but he had no record of mental illness or previous crimes.
Ludo Goossens, a justice official, told reporters that at the moment of his arrest, the man had told police that his attack had been aimed at the Royal Family. Investigators searched his house to try to establish a motive.
