You've all seen the report on Fox. Naked pumpkin-headed, Halloween pranksters running through the streets in Colorado. Now some want to charge them as sex offenders and the ACLU has stepped in to attempt to legalize nudity.
Here is my problem. How can they be sex offenders when no sex act was commited? Who is the victim? People lined up along the route to see the show. No victim.
Secondly: What business is this of the federal government? The ACLU's answer to everything is a federal government take over. The ACLU wants to move in and push state and local standards aside and turn this over to the feds. The ACLU wants to have the federal government force legalized nudity down the throats of every community in the US. What a massive abuse of power this would be. Big government at its worst.
