Seal oil is amazing. It comes in captules like cod liver oil. It is great for arthritis, gout, rosecea, and whole list of inflammatory problems. It supports heart health, reduces the risk of heart disease, helps maintain good blood pressure, and colesterol levels. 2 small captules contain daily amounts of:

50% Omega 3 PUFA's
60% Omega 9
30% Saturated fat

In the 1800's, scientists could not understand how eskimos could survive without a lot of vegetables, if any. They found that the seal was probably the most nutricious meat in the world.

Eskimos even eat the liver raw on the beach after killing the seal. They call it "Candy of the Sea". Look for it and get it.

My wife has ocular rocasea. It can get very painful. The drugs she was taking made her feel sick all the time. She does not take those drugs anymore. She takes 5 seal oil capsules a day and I take 2. It's Wicked Good.

I wonder how long it will be until PETA demands the disbandment of the seal club?

Good nutrician is an understatement; seal is a complete food; full of minerals and vitamins including C and D... you can survive on it and it alone for months with no sun. I have never had seal oil in capsule form... it is God awful if taken down like a drink, but it is great flavoring to add to the water that you blanch herring egg on kelp in.
