First week of April I woke up one morning and things were a little more out of focus than normal. Put the glasses on and something still wasn't right. Closed my left eye and everything was normal. Closed my right eye . . . . and it was like looking at life from under water.

Got into the eye Doctor, he used a machine to look into my eye, pulled out a blood pressure cuff and found out my blood pressure was extreme high (160/110).

He helped me get an emergency appointment with my regular Doctor. Tests they ran showed along with the high Blood pressure have high blood sugar, and high cholesteral.

Have got the blood pressure down to normal (with medication), working on getting the sugar under control.

Went to an eye specialist yesterday. There is a chance that I might not get vision back in the eye. The treatment involves a shot of stuff into my eye every 4-6 weeks.

Had the first shot yesterday. Being awake for it sucks, but you have to be.

I've got my fingers crossed that my vision will come back.
