I took a look at your proposed solutions. Interesting to approach school in a businesslike way!
My suggestion goes to transforming the college campus--the source of your school's teachers--! and currently the source of some BAD ideas!
(Think of that scene in the movie American Carol where the college profs dress in 1960s hippie dress & sing about their 1960s values...which they've transmitted to their students - including our Pres. and most legislators).
Today, college profs seem like almost unassailable "gods" once they get tenure.
Thus, they can teach about anything...about any new theory, idea, value...An extreme example from the 1960's is Ivy League prof Dr. Tim O'Leary who probably caused a few deaths by his stupid, oft repeated saying to youth "Tune in, turn on, drop out". (turn on meant to take drugs).
Senior editors at professional magazines sometimes might reject well-researched papers for the wrong reasons. Science Professor with substantial publications and even discoveries could be denied tenure even with a stunning resume---since he had the "incorrect" ideology.
A quick summary of how college profs and editors can censor in the name of "scholarship" or "science" (with LOTS of video testimony by both the "victims" and the "perpetrators" of this ideology driven warfare in education) can be seen in many portions of the documentary EXPELLED;NO INTELLIGENCE ALLOWED.
So I would just add that you & your generation need also to reform college/universities - which are the Seed Sowers of bad ideas into our schools!
