What a moron.

Just a technical point, but doesnt a Darwin Award Recipient imply that they got killed from their stupidity?

The rule is that the end result is an inability to procreate and pass along the stupidity to future generations.

Unfortunately, this idiot is a 32-year-old in Germany which means she probably has already had several kids just as stupid as she is.

We've already been to war twice with Germany because it's a nation full of damned idiots. I'm not surprised that another idiot was found in Germany. Apparently Polar Bears don't like Nazi bastards any more than we do.

She had to get through some pretty good barriers to get into the enclosure. I'm wondering if she will still sue the zoo because she was able to get in there?

Correct - to win a Darwin Award you must remove yourself (and your potential future contributions) from the gene pool. I don't know if it has occurred, but I guess if someone did something ridiculous and ended up infertile as a result, that may qualify.

I'm not half-German. I'm 100% American and I hate, absolutely despise Germany as a nation which I have a total blood feud with. They owe me two grandparents. They practically massacred my family.

I cannot understate the hate I have for Nazis. This isn't some idealistic junk where I oppose fascism, these creeps MURDERED MY FAMILY.

I do not, absolutely do not understand why Germany was allowed to continue existing after starting two world wars. Their nation killed TEN MILLION PEOPLE and should face the death penalty for that crime.

Yeah, I hate Germany. I've got two dead grandparents, an orphaned father and two war-torn families to show for the crap they pulled. I owe Germany a little bit of payback.

Only if you take it out of the context of this thread. My comment was clearly about a idiot that climbed multiple barriers and knowingly jumped into a polar bear enclosure. I have no sympathy for people that knowingly put themselves at risk with such behavior as they could fully prevent such acts.

If they still live there after two world wars, they are, in my opinion, not too bright.

Germany's imperialistic impulses, IMO, are not reformed but merely hidden today.

They are using economics and politics to accomplish what the two world wars prevented them from doing by conquest.

And I dont hate them; I distrust their leadership, know from personal experience the hatred they tend to hold for Americans, both their leftwing and rightwing, and can see with my own eyes what they are doing today to extend their control of the economy and polity of all Europe.

About TERRORISTS, sure. Not all Muslims are terrorists and not all people of German heritage are germans. My grandfather spoke German like it was his native tongue because it was. However, he chose to be an AMERICAN instead because of how nasty Germany was in the early 20th century.

You'd be a real popular fellow on the reservations. Whether you feel they were nomadic and not land owners worthy of keeping the lands they occupied from long before Europeans discovered these lands and our government paid to relocate those tribes creating the precedence of their ownership and rights to those lands.

Age of immigrants not the issue. You apparently still hate all Germans left in Germany regardless of how long they have been there. Most around in WWI have passed and the survivors of WWII are dwindling fast but it sounds like your disdain for this generation is as strong and it appears you're still finding lots of Germans to hate.

I know this means nothing to you but it's a shame anyone has to live with so much anger towards a people thousands of miles from here and by your own admission, have never personally visited to know or understand. Sincerely wish you good luck and some peace of mind.

Definitely a "dumb criminal" story, but not a Darwin Award winner. She can only qualify for that if she ends her ability to contribute to the gene pool (either by dying or being so horribly injured that she can no longer have children).
