Amoung other tests today at the hospital had and EKG.

On TV, you see two patches and leads put on a person, hooked to a machine beeping to the heartbeat, and a little ticker tape coming out the side.

Not mine.

Technitian tells me to undo my shirt and lay down. Puts 12 patches all over my chest/sides then hooked them all up to the machine.

'bout this time I'm hoping he hits the right button and doesn't shock and kill me.

he presses a button the machine, tells me to relax. About a minute later, hear a slight beep. He reaches over hits the same button again and starts unhooking me.

paper almost the size of 8x10 comes out. Shows several lines with my heart rythm. He points to the top of the page for me -- Diagnosis: NORMAL.

He asks if my regular doc sent me in because I was having chest pains or that. Looked at him and told him nope, I've got a problem with my eye. Also told that to the lady that xrayed my chest, and the lady who took three vials of blood.

Their looks were priceless - - - But it's the truth . . . all these test becuase suddenly I can't see out of one eye.

Heres hoping they work their way up to fix that eye, and not down for a colonoscopy. Don't matter how clean your ass is, hard to ride with just one eye.

Yeah, best of luck Snow.

My ekg was done a bit different. I think the nurse liked me, I had to remove all my clothes.

I just wish his hands weren't so big..

Best of luck with your eye it's scary when something happens to our vision.

I can sort of see out of the one eye. It's like looking at the world from under water. Seem's I've developed sudden onset of high blood pressure. all the tests yesterday were to make sure it hasn't effected my heart. They are saying once they get my blood pressure down, the blood will drain out of my eye (yes my eye is retaining blood!).

So for now, now more potato chips :(( and food high in salt content.

My blood pressure actually scared the eye doctor. (I didn't know eye doctors kept a BP cuff in the exam room.)
